Mmm... Naked Eric.

echoing_dreamFirstly, it seems Sookie has grown on me. There was a while back in Season One where I thought she was going to be a Mary Sue, but she’s developed. I’m happy.
Naked Eric. There should be more naked Eric in this show. And they should expand on his suspension kinks. And show more of his shoulder-blades. That would make me more happy. I love how Sookie’s torn between looking away and trying to look stern and trying not to look at the same time. Eric and Sookie are interesting; I’m not sure how many people Eric would have stopped so abruptly for, and his constant little digs at Bill amuse me.
I really don’t get what’s going on between Sam and Bill. I’m not sure that was foreshadowed in any way. And I can’t work out who he’s looking for, so I may have to re-watch the end of season two. Unless anyone knows/can remember. More slash in fandom has got to be a good thing though, yes?
The Queen also confuses me. She seems a bit not all there, and I thought she was the highest vampire. Clearly I am mistaken. I love that she gets to pin Eric though.
There should also be more Pam and more Lafayette on this show. Neither of them gets enough screen time. I love Lafayette’s sass and Pam’s “maybe it’s because I wear a lot of pink” in response. Their byplay is fun.
Also, I think Jessica is hot. I’m glad she’s grown up a bit.

This Post is pissing me off. I can’t seem to explain exactly why in words which are repeatable. I think it has a lot to do with my opinion that everyone should get over themselves around here. But I appreciate that I am utterly exhausted and spoiling for a fight just now. Maybe I’ll try getting some thoughts down on paper at some point.Urgh. Can I not have one fandom that I want to stay in for more than a few months? I’m going to back to writing Covenant slash… *grumbles*
