Jan. 4th, 2010 02:25 pmI am trying to tax my car. Unless I tax my car, I can't drive her on the roads. I need to drive her on the roads to get to school.
Taxing my car means paying money to the Government. The Government thinks this is a good thing. The Government needs more money. Why are they making it so difficult therefore to tax my car?
*screams* I'mma use someone else's car, since I can't tax my car.

Date: 2010-01-05 11:22 am (UTC)The Irish government isn't good at much, but they are great at making it easy to give them money. I pay my car tax online and it tells me exactly how much to pay and when. I have to book my NCT (annoying roadworthiness test) but I can't seem to summon up the energy to go into the hallway and get the damn slip. :)

Date: 2010-01-05 05:13 pm (UTC)Yeah, the fault was my MOT running out too, and I couldn't be bothered to uncurl myself and go seek out the paper work. All sorted now though, but I am paranoid I'm going to crash my stepdad's car. Someone already reversed into me this morning! *wibbles* ♥
